Our Rewards allows you to live larger, for less! Simply purchase an Our Rewards annual membership and receive access to hundreds of deals and discounts across Australia, so you and your family can have fun at a fraction of the cost.

Upon purchase of your annual membership you will receive a welcome email with your activation instructions for your account, please allow up to 3 business days for your account activation to be completed.

Terms and Conditions

By completing the membership process and using the services, or by viewing or browsing the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you agree to be bound by them. You have to be a registered member to place orders, access products, access offers/discounts and certain features of Our Rewards website. Members must provide a valid email address and mobile number and create a unique password when joining or activating their Our Rewards Membership, which will be used to log into a Members online account. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their password and can change it at any time. Neat Corporation takes no responsibility for any loss arising from unauthorised use of a Member’s password or a Member’s failure to comply with these provisions.

Our Rewards Offers can be accessed via Our Rewards website and redeemed at Participating Merchants. Our Rewards Offers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable, and validity cannot be extended if left unredeemed.

Our Rewards Memberships are valid for 12 months (or 2 years) and must be renewed annually, with payment of the applicable annual fee. At the completion of the membership period, Members will be invited to pay for a new membership period. Members who do not pay their renewal fee by the due date will not be able to access Offers.

Membership can be revoked by Neat Corporation at any time, in its sole discretion and without compensation, for any reason including but not limited to: abuse or breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of the Program, any actions deemed by Neat Corporation to be contrary to Neat Corporation, the Program or the interests of its Members or partners or in the case of fraud or misuse.

Neat Corporation assumes no liability whatsoever, including without limitation, liability for any expense, loss, cost, injury, damage, accident or any other matter or thing whatsoever, however suffered or caused (including compensatory, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages or damages for loss of income or profits), directly or indirectly arising out of or related to the Program or by reason of the termination of or amendment to the Program in whole or in part, the value or availability of Offers, or the addition or deletion of Offers, Participating Merchants or other features with or without notice. Please see full terms and conditions from here
